El Sol Foods began with a simple idea—create salsa the way it’s meant to be: fresh, flavorful, and made with real ingredients. What started as a passion for authentic recipes quickly grew into something more, as demand for quality products continued to rise.
Through dedication and a commitment to consistency, we built a foundation rooted in flavor, trust, and craftsmanship.

In 1985, we created our first batch of salsa using Grandma's secret recipe. It was a simple mix of fresh ingredients and love, and it quickly became a family favorite.

By 1995, we decided to share our salsa with the world! We launched El Sol, bringing our rich flavors to local markets and setting our sights on new horizons.

In 2005, we partnered with local restaurants and food retailers, offering our salsa as a premium choice. Our family recipe started to gain popularity across the region.

By 2010, we introduced co-packing services, helping new startups bring their salsa dreams to life. We take pride in supporting fellow entrepreneurs on their journey.
