Our Story

El Sol Mexican Cafe’ & Bakery was founded over 30 years ago by Daniel and Beatriz De La Cruz in Chandler, Arizona. Initially salsa was made in their kitchen and sold to friends and family.

El Sol Foods new manufacturing facility was built in 2005 by the granddaughter, Marisol and her husband Ryan Bullock, to keep up with consumer demands of their salsa.

Family owned & Operated

Today, we are still a family-owned and operated business that stays true to our roots. El Sol Salsas are hand crafted  using a small batch, cold process that guarantees homemade, authentic Mexican flavors in every bite.  Our Salsas can be found in the service deli front counter, deli wall or cooler case in most major retailers.
